As the Founder and Executive Director of the Zango Women Livelihood and Empowerment Programme, Kuburah Diamonds will be bestowed with the Most Outstanding Role Model for Zango Women Award at the upcoming 2024 Northern Excellence Awards. Her recognition comes as a result of her unwavering commitment and relentless endeavors to uplift and empower young girls and women within Zango communities through transformative initiatives. The 6th Northern Excellence Awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at Aisha Homes in Tamale on Saturday, March 9th, 2024.
