The Northern regional NPP chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Bantima Samba oil marketing license has been revoked and 29 others by the National Petroleum Authority (NPA). His company name, Lilgold Energy Resource limited is listed 16th among the 30 faulters who have failed to comply with the rules and regulations of the authority.
Among them also include NPP North East regional Chairman, Mr. Fuseini Nurudeen Abdullah known in Tamale as 'Chairman Nuru'. In a statement, the authority warned the public to avoid engaging with the affected companies.

NPA REVOKES LICENSES OF 30 OIL MARKETING COMPANIES The National Petroleum Authority wishes to bring to the attention of the general public that licenses of underlisted Oil Marketing Companies have been revoked for non compliance with the rules and regulations of the Authority on acquisition and maintenance of their licences. Please take note and be advised accordingly. The General Public is hereby warned that engaging with the affected OMCs is at their own risk.
