Management of the Tamale Technical Institute (TTI) formerly T-Poly has deposed Senior Prefect of the school and three others from their positions for inability to coil a fight between two students, thenorthernweb.com has learnt. A committee which was constituted by the school Ag. principal, Mr. Issahaku Adam Sulemana to investigate the incident concluded that, though the prefects were not directly involve in the fight but they ought to have curb the situation. The prefects have since been ousted from their rooms after the committee's findings, but some students who spoke to this portal said they're alarmed and shocked by the committee's report. They believed the committee findings is out of place and doesn't reflect the actuality of the incident, this they revealed, is steadily creating discomfort and uncertainty in the school. They questioned the methodology the committee used in the investigation. A teacher who also spoke to this portal on the condition of anonymity said, the committee had set a bad precedent for the school, but was quick to appeal to the four prefects to accept the judgment. The four prefects are Alhassan Ibrahim, Senior Prefect, Yakubu Alhassan - Light Prefect, Issah Baba - Entertainment and Yussif Yakubu - T-Quashie house Prefect.
